Customer satisfaction is paramount and we will do everything we can to accommodate your returns to the best of our ability. For most items and orders*, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Greta de Parry will be happy to process a return for you within 10 days of receipt of item. Before returning an item, please call or email us to obtain return instructions. For warranty claims, please see our warranty page.
Items returned must be in their original condition, unassembled in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. The return must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of receiving the item. If the return is not due merchandise you received damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If you did receive damaged goods, please email us photographs within one business day of receipt and hang on to all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the items returned minus shipping fees and an additional 3.5% of the net order price for processing fees if a credit card was used and we cannot recover these fees from our processor. Items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee to be determined solely by Greta de Parry on a case-by-case basis based on factors including, but not limited to, condition of the returned item(s) and complexity of the product.
If the item is not in new condition when returned, the customer will be charged a refinishing fee based on the condition of the item(s) and any missing item(s). If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you will be charged for return shipping. To avoid any confusion, please refer to the refund class schedule below. The final refund amount is equal to the actual purchased price minus the refund percentage multiplied by the list price, not discounted price, as the work that goes into refurbishing is constant and not a function of a discount that may have been applied to any specific order.

Any cosmetic marks, stains, burns, scuffs, rips, tears, holes, dings, dents or scratches greater than one inch but less than four inches on steel or wooden components able to be restored by Greta de Parry without refinishing via sanding or other material removal methods or replacement.
Any cosmetic marks on concrete components less than one quarter inch in maximum dimension able to be restored by Greta de Parry.
Missing assembly parts, including, but not limited to screws and inserts.

Please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been damaged during the original trip out to you. If you are returning the item, please ship with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and request insurance to ensure safe return. You are responsible to ensure the item is returned safely to Greta de Parry
*Greta de Parry will not accept returns from sale or discounted items, nor custom or made-to-order pieces, including The Coleman Bar Cart. Contract/trade orders that are purchased at a discount are considered custom orders and cannot be returned unless deemed defective.
